We respect your privacy. Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third parties or reused without your permission. Any information you give to us will be held with care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.
Shipping Info
Nearly all our items are made to order. All items are listed with an approximate ship date. Listed and quoted leadtimes are estimates and can vary up or down depending on the volume of work in our shop. Leadtimes are in business days; no weekends or *holidays. Orders containg more than one item can take longer to produce. Once an item ships, you will receive confirmation with a tracking number.
Shipping costs are calculated when an item is added to your cart if not listed as free shipping.
Items sold with FREE SHIPPING are for the contiguous US only.
Items with free shipping typically take 4-8 business days to arrive at their destinations in the contiguous U.S.
Very rarely items have damage from shipping. Please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receiving your shipment) and please do not attempt to fix anything unless we specify to do so. We insure all our made to order/custom order shipments.
Product Photo Info
A note about our photos in our product pages: Our artwork and signs are often photographed with the pieces mounted to walls and other surfaces. These backgrounds and backdrops are not part of the item being sold. We also add design elements to our photographs as well. These are not part of the item being sold either. Each item has an accurate description of the item being sold.
All images in this store are the PROPERTY of MODA INDUSTRIA. These can not be copied, transferred, altered, or used in any way without written permission from MODA INDUSTRIA. Images can not be used in mock-ups, presentations, etc. without written permission from MODA INDUSTRIA. All designs and images are copyright protected.
Images used in blogs, etc. must have a hyper text link to a page containing an image or product.

Return Info
Everything we make is custom and/or made to order and is final sale and not returnable, refundable or exchangeable. Orders can not be cancelled for any reason after 1 hour of placing an order. We are not respsonsible for errors made while placing an order. Please check your order confimation when you receive it--check for errors and for a correct shipping address. An incorrect shipping address can cause delays and additional costs.

If an item is damaged in shipping please contact us immediately to file a damage claim with UPS or USPS or freight service. If we have made an error in the order (wrong color, wrong number) we will repair or replace it depending on what is necessary.
